The Supervisor Trainee must be a leader and demonstrate the ability to work safely, produce a quality product while maximizing production. We are looking for a Journey Level Millwright to join our team in Randle, WA.
The position of Maintenance Millwright repairs, maintains, and operates (on occasion) all the equipment within a work center. This includes taking full ownership to complete work on-time and correctly.
Work schedule: Relief Day Shift, Thursday-Sunday, flexible as needed. Wage is $35.98 per hour plus shift differential. This position will be responsible for managing inventory, rotating of inventory, loading trucks, and helping the planer outfeed as needed. This job is located in the Finished- End area and is under the supervision of the Finished-End Supervisor. Work weekends, overtime and other shifts as necessary to meet the needs of the operation. It is every person’s job to maintain the shipping/outfeed of the Planer facility to a world class standard of cleanliness and organization.
This is a fulltime position, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. Wage is $25.02 + shift differential ($52,042) annually not including overtime or production bonuses). Ability to earn more money when you are proficient in specified tasks.
Salary range $25.02-$28.98/hour
The position of filer apprentice is to learn how to maintain machine center saws and guides to an optimum level to ensure we are cutting lumber to the specified targets that will yield the highest value product.
Work schedule; Swing shift, four ten-hour shifts followed by three days off each week (hours and days may vary dependent upon the needs of the facility).
Minimum wage is $28.45 per hour ($59,167 annually, before applicable shift differential, overtime and production bonus). Production bonuses are possible for every employee each month, based in the plant site’s target goals. Ability to earn more money as you become proficient in specified tasks.
The journey-level wage of $35.98 ($74,838 annually, before applicable shift differential, overtime and production bonus.) will be achieved when one is proficient in 15 of the 25 required tasks.

The Utility Person at Front Street will perform a wide variety of support duties including but not limited to those listed below. This person will need to be the break relief forklift operator and keep the truck unloading procedure at a safe and steady flow during this time. This person should have a good manual dexterity, good hand eye coordination and be able to communicate through speech and hearing. This position will report directly to the reload manager.
