To work safely and maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others. Will have the ability to establish a working relationship with maintenance, production, and management personnel to achieve the goals of the organization. Must understand the mechanics of working machinery, be able to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and facilities. Ability to understand and work with work order systems, machine histories, scheduling, warehousing, and related maintenance fields.
This position has an hourly rate of $29.30 ($60,944 annually) which does not include any applicable shift differential. Production bonuses are possible for every employee each month, based on the plant site’s target goals.
The work schedule is Friday-Sunday 5:00am-3:30pm, followed by one 10 hour day during the week. Day to be determined. The schedule is subject to change based on the needs of the facility.
Salary Range $29.30-$37.06/hour

A minimum of 1-year mechanical experience is preferred. Must hold and/or obtain Hampton PIT, chainsaw, and fall protection.
Have experience and/or exposure to welding, cutting, troubleshooting equipment and systems, maintaining working components, operating machinery, understanding pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and use of all tools relate to the trade.
