We are looking for an Electrician to join our Team in Randle, WA.
The person in this position must have the ability to establish a working relationship with maintenance, production, and management personnel to achieve the goals of the organization. Must be proficient in ability to troubleshoot equipment and systems, maintain equipment and systems, operate machinery, understand electrical systems, proficient use of all tools related to the trade and good communication skills. Must have the ability to understand and work with work order systems, machine histories, scheduling, warehousing, and related maintenance fields.
Work schedule: Swing Shift, Monday-Thursday, Flexible as needed. Overtime is expected. Wage starts at $29.16-$44.58 (DOQ) per hour plus shift differential. ($60,652-$92,726 per year before any overtime, shift differential, and production bonuses). Production Bonuses are possible for every employee each month, based on the plant site's target goals.
The Randle facility has been in operation under Hampton Lumber ownership since 1999. Located in the heart of the Cowlitz Valley, the Randle plant employs over 150 team members, many of which have worked here for decades.
