Overview

We are looking for an Electrician to join our Team in Randle, WA.

 

The person in this position must have the ability to establish a working relationship with maintenance, production, and management personnel to achieve the goals of the organization. Must be proficient in ability to troubleshoot equipment and systems, maintain equipment and systems, operate machinery, understand electrical systems, proficient use of all tools related to the trade and good communication skills. Must have the ability to understand and work with work order systems, machine histories, scheduling, warehousing, and related maintenance fields.

 

Work schedule: Swing Shift, Monday-Thursday, Flexible as needed. Overtime is expected. Wage starts at $29.16-$44.58 (DOQ) per hour plus shift differential. ($60,652-$92,726 per year before any overtime, shift differential, and production bonuses). Production Bonuses are possible for every employee each month, based on the plant site's target goals.

Responsibilities

  • Be a self-starter and a team player
  • Practice safe work habits and comply with all company work and safety standards
  • Possess good manual dexterity, hand/eye coordination. and communication skills through writing, speech, and hearing
  • Capable of walking around ladders, stairs, and uneven surfaces
  • Have working knowledge of mechanical operations
  • Maintain, install, repair, and troubleshoot all electrical systems, equipment, and facilities
  • Possess the necessary skills and aptitudes required to operate maintenance tools and related machinery
  • Able to operate facility equipment to the degree needed for troubleshooting and testing
  • Must be willing to attend any training necessary to upgrade performance
  • Must be willing to work overtime as necessary

Qualifications

  • Experience as an Electrician Apprentice or Technical School setting is preferred, but not required
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Will be expected to enter into and complete State Certification as a Journey Level Electrician
  • Must maintain a current Hampton PIT authorization and First Aid/CPR certification
