This is a Temporary Job : 90 Day Position
The position of Operator 1's primary function is to learn and operate various machine centers within the Planer/Sawmill. (Work is subject to change based on facility needs). Planer is the primary opening for this position, with the possibility to be moved to the sawmill as well. Other tasks include cleanup and general maintenance around the facility.
Shift Schedule: Swing Shift: Monday-Thursday 4:30pm-3am. (Schedule subject to change based on facility needs)
Wage is $26.00 per hour, as well as an additional $1.50 shift differential for a swing shift position, overtime and production bonuses. Production bonuses are possible for every employee each month, based on the plant site's target goals.
