We are looking for a Journey Level Millwright to join our team in Randle, WA.
The position of Maintenance Millwright repairs, maintains, and operates (on occasion) all the equipment within a work center. This includes taking full ownership to complete work on-time and correctly.

This position's primary function is to assist with seasonal clean-up activities, and outdoor/indoor facility maintenance projects. The individual in this position may work at times in the Sawmill and Planer and will be asked to perform a variety of tasks.

The primary function of Entry Level - Operator 1 at the Randle Division, is to keep the facility clean in order to eliminate safety and fire hazards. The person in this position will work in the Sawmill or Planer and will be asked to perform the following tasks; general facility clean up including picking up slabs, sticks, sawdust, chips off lower mill floors, and assist with dust mitigation. This is a full time position with cross training lead-ins to operate some of the advanced production equipment in the facility.

Work Schedule: Flexible as needed. Wage starts at $23.34 per hour ($48,547 per year before any shift differentials, overtime and production bonuses). Production bonuses are possible for every employee each month, based on the plant site's target goals.

The position of Summer Helper has a primary function to assist with summer clean up activities and outdoor facility maintenance projects. The individual in this position will work under the Log Yard Supervisor and will be asked to perform the following tasks; drive water truck, weed eating, painting, pressure washing, etc.
Shift: Days/Swing Mon-Friday. Hours will be assigned at time of hire.

The person in this position will provide technical skills in the construction, installation, operation, testing and maintenance of electrical control equipment, computer systems and related equipment. The Electrician installs, maintains and repairs mill electrical systems and equipment. This person will be expected to comply with safety guidelines, policies and procedures of the company.

In addition to the clean up duties, seasonal personnel may be asked perform other entry level jobs to assist with production.
