Hampton Lumber is looking for an Invoicing Assistant to join our team in our corporate office located in Portland, Oregon. The primary role of the Invoicing Assistant is to perform all basic level functions within the Invoicing group of Hampton Lumber Sales (HLS). This individual will play an integral part in ensuring transactions are processed accurately and timely, and communicating with other groups within HLS when issues arise. We are looking for an individual who is detailed-oriented, organized, and possess strong customer service skills. This position will report directly to the Corporate Accounting Manager.

This position's primary function is to keep the facility clean in order to eliminate safety and fire hazards. The individual in this position will work in the Sawmill and Planer; they are asked to perform the following tasks; general facility clean up including picking up slabs, sticks, sawdust, chips off lower mill floors, and assist with dust mitigation.   Shift is depending on needs of operation - Day or Swing

This position's primary function is to keep the facility clean and operational in order to eliminate safety and fire hazards. This is a full time position with cross training lead-ins to operate some of the advanced equipment in the facility.  Work Schedule: 3am-1:30pm, Flexible as needed. Wage starts at $22.66 per hour ($47,132 per year before any shift differentials, overtime and production bonuses). Production bonuses are possible for every employee each month, based on the plant site's target goals.

Job duties will focus on harvest unit layout and administration, road construction operations, and other management assistance on Hampton timberlands within the Sedro Woolley Management Area. This job will be based out of our Sedro Woolley, Washington office. This is a full-time position offering $78,000 - $90,000 annually.

This GIS Forester will focus on GIS support for managing Hampton’s timberlands and other forestry operations. The successful GIS Forester will work closely with other Hampton staff to provide support in forestry and essential geospatial information used in decision-making, planning, and monitoring.
