Please Submit Resume    The positon of journey level millwright will be responsible for understanding their mechanics of working machinery, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing equipment and facilities on the plant site.  Will have the ability to establish a working relationship with maintenance, production, and management personnel to achieve the goals of the organization.  Ability to understand and work with work order systems, machine histories, scheduling, warehousing, and related maintenance fields.   This position has an hourly rate of $35.98 ($71,960 annually) which does not include any applicable shift differential of. Production bonuses are possible for every employee each month, based on the plant site’s target goals.   Shift differential for this postion is $1.75   The work schedule is Friday-Sunday 5:00am-3:30pm, followed by one 6:00am-4:30pm shift one day during the week. We are offering a total of $1500.00 Hiring Incentive as follows: $750 after 6 months of employment; $750 after 12 months of employment (subject to your current tax rates). All candidates offered a position are required to pass a drug test.   This position is available on all shifts, Entry Level/Clean-Up keeps the Sawmill clean, safe, and operational.This is a full time entry level position with cross training lead-ins to operate some of the advanced equipment in the facility to cover breaks.   Wage is at $22.00 per hour plus a shift differential. Production bonuses are possible for every employee each month, based on the plant site’s target goals.   Entry Level is just the first step towards a long list of exciting and diverse job opportunities available at Hampton. The primary function of Entry Level - Operator 1 at the Randle Division, is to keep the facility clean in order to eliminate safety and fire hazards. Production bonuses are possible for every employee each month, based on the plant site’s target goals.    Salary Range $22.00-$29.80/hour
