Production bonuses are possible for every employee each month, based on the plant site’s target goals.   Shift differential for this postion is $1.75   The work schedule is Friday-Sunday 5:00am-3:30pm, followed by one 6:00am-4:30pm shift one day during the week. We are offering a total of $1500.00 Hiring Incentive as follows: $750 after 6 months of employment; $750 after 12 months of employment (subject to your current tax rates). All candidates offered a position are required to pass a drug test.   This position is available on all shifts, Entry Level/Clean-Up keeps the Sawmill clean, safe, and operational.This is a full time entry level position with cross training lead-ins to operate some of the advanced equipment in the facility to cover breaks.   Wage is at $22.00 per hour plus a shift differential. The position of Entry Level Clean up primary function is to keep the facility clean in order to eliminate safety and fire hazards. The individual in this position will work in the Sawmill and Planer; they are asked to perform the following tasks; general facility clean up including picking up slabs, sticks, sawdust, chips off lower mill floors, and assist with dust mitigation.

This position will be responsible for the planning and execution of road construction and road maintenance activities across  Hampton Lumber’s 94,640 acre land base to support management and harvest operations, with a focus on safety, environmental stewardship, cost, and administration of contract road construction and maintenance crews. Hampton Lumber is seeking an Rail Logistics Coordinator to join our fast-paced transportation team.  This is an incredible opportunity for someone to be trained to make a difference and be part of an important part of Hampton Lumber.  This role will provide logistical coordination of transporting our lumber by rail to our customer’s national destinations.  This position has the opportunity to interact with not only a broad base of the company’s employees, but also with the company’s external vendors and customers by providing excellent problem solving expertise proactively.  

The primary function of Entry Level - Operator 1 at the Randle Division, is to keep the facility clean in order to eliminate safety and fire hazards. The person in this position will work in the Sawmill or Planer and will be asked to perform the following tasks; general facility clean up including picking up slabs, sticks, sawdust, chips off lower mill floors, and assist with dust mitigation. This is a full time position with cross training lead-ins to operate some of the advanced production equipment in the facility. Starting work schedule: Tuesday-Friday, Day Shift (3:00 AM to 1:30 PM, flexible as needed, must be willling to also work swing shift). Wage starts at $22.00 per hour. ($45,760 per year before any overtime and production bonuses). Production Bonuses are possible for every employee each month, based on the plant site's target goals. The HR Business Partner will work closely with Hampton’s core business leaders to support and enhance the HR departments throughout the company.
